Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Practice Customer Engineer for Applied AI to accelerate success by delivering technical expertise in Conversational AI and customer experience. You will bridge business issues with Generative AI solutions, partnering with Sales as a subject matter expert to differentiate Google Cloud, and lead advanced AI framework architectures for scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years designing cloud-native enterprise architectures.
• Experience with Conversational AI, STT/TTS.
• Experience with AI solutions, ML APIs, prompting and eval frameworks.
• Experience engaging with technical stakeholders and executives.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build partner specific GTM solutions to reduce cycles and grow pipeline.
• Own the technical relationship with partners through pilots, PoCs, and migrations.
• Advise on integration strategies, architectures, and infrastructure for complete solutions.
