Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, cloud technical support, cloud escalation management, or cloud consulting.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey with technical guidance and milestones.
• Lead across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum and unblock adoption blockers.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and lead strategic roadmaps and executive reviews.
• Coordinate customer events and launches with Support, Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers to ensure success.
• Develop best practices to scale adoption through partners and initiatives.
