Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Account Manager I to guide enterprise customers through strategic and technical Cloud transformations from New York or Chicago locations. You will lead engagement across leadership and dispersed teams, ensuring successful delivery of Cloud Consulting engagements and sustainable customer adoption of Google Cloud services.

Responsibilities include mapping business goals to technical roadmaps, coordinating with Support and Engineering teams, and driving adoption

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years in a customer-facing role with stakeholders, driving technical implementations or transformation programs.
Experience supporting cloud operations, cloud tech support, or cloud consulting.

Responsibilities

Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey with technical guidance and milestones.
Advocate for customer needs to overcome blockers and drive new feature development across multiple teams.
Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and lead quarterly business reviews.
Plan customer events and launches with cross-functional partners to ensure success and smooth issue resolution.
Create best practices and assets from engagements to scale adoption through partners.
