Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years in a customer-facing role driving customer implementations or transformation programs.
- Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, cloud technical support, or cloud consulting.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and managing timelines and milestones.
- Advocate for customer needs to overcome blockers and drive feature development across multiple work streams.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions.
