Qualificações

• Experience leading shift teams in fast-food or quick-service environments.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Direct crew, assign positions, monitor floor operations to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards; enforce procedures and corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate with the General Manager and leadership team about shift performance, staffing, and equipment issues.
