Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Certified Swing Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, directing crew, assigning positions, and ensuring fast, friendly, accurate service across drive-thru, counter, and curbside.

You will monitor food quality, safety procedures, and cleanliness, manage labor to align with sales, coach team members, and communicate with the General Manager about performance and issues to maintain a safe, welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications
