BJ’s Wholesale Club in Nashua, NH is seeking a Closing Manager to lead departments, drive store performance, and ensure a premier member experience. You will oversee Recovery, Perishables, and overnight prep, while maintaining policy standards and GOLD procedures to deliver top-notch service.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on safety, and the ability to manage multiple teams during closing shifts at a busy club location.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations.
• Experience in managing inventory turnover and waste reduction strategies.
• Forklift Certification required.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email) required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-of-day execution for Recovery, Perishables, and other departments to ensure readiness for opening.
• Lead by presence during closing hours and supervise assigned teams.
• Maintain GOLD standards and ensure service excellence and clean, stocked departments.
• Coach onboarding and certifications; ensure training and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Club Manager and Department Leads to improve closing routines.
