Job summary

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a restaurant leader to manage the closing shift, with start times between 2 and 5 pm. The role requires Fri–Sun shifts and a 40-hour week, with a closing time up to 11 pm on Fri/Sat. The position offers overtime opportunities and vacation benefits after six months of service.

Responsibilities

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm. Fri, Sat, and Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday–Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. This role is 40 hours per week or slightly above.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation up to $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent experience with drive thru.
