Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to manage the closing shift in Morehead City, NC. The role requires handling drive-thru operations, ensuring nightly shutdowns, and delivering top-notch customer service during Fri–Sun evenings.

The position is approximately 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities for top performers and benefits after 6 months. Compensation is up to $20 per hour, plus paid vacation and a strong emphasis on quality and guest

Job description

Responsibilities

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm. Fri, Sat, and Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday–Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. This role is 40 hours per week or slightly above.

Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications

• Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent experience with drive thru.


• High standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown.
