Job summary

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a restaurant leader to oversee the closing shift, with work five days per week and start times between 2 and 5 pm. Fri, Sat and Sun shifts are required to support peak periods.

Compensation is up to $20 per hour with a 40-hour week or more, plus benefits after six months, paid vacation, and opportunities for overtime for top performers. We pride ourselves on quality food and well-maintained facilities, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Close the shift 5 days per week, starting between 2-5pm; Fri–Sun shifts required.
• Maintain the facility and ensure nightly shutdown procedures are followed.
• Adhere to store hours (close at 10pm Sun–Thu, 11pm Fri–Sat) and manage overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm. Fri, Sat, and Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday–Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. This role is 40 hours per week or slightly above.
