Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a restaurant leader for the closing shift, covering 5 days weekly with Fri–Sun hours. The role includes managing drive-thru and nightly shutdowns, ensuring top customer service and quality standards.

• Oversee nightly shutdowns and daily operations to ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm. Fri, Sat, and Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday–Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. This role is 40 hours per week or slightly above.

Compensation and Benefits
