Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in North Carolina is seeking a strong restaurant leader to manage the closing shift. You will work 5 days per week, with Fri–Sun heavily scheduled, ensuring smooth nightly operations.

The role is about 40 hours per week, with overtime for top performers. Expect high standards of service, hands-on leadership, and a focus on guest satisfaction while maintaining quality and safety. You will oversee menu standards, staff supervision, and facility upkeep.

Job description

Responsibilities

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm. Fri, Sat, and Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday–Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. This role is 40 hours per week or slightly above.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation up to $20 per hour.
