Job summary

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in Whiteville, NC is seeking a restaurant leader for the closing shift, 5 days a week, with start times between 2-5pm. Fri-Sun are expected shifts, with closing times at 11pm on Fri/Sat and 10pm on Sun-Thu.

This role is a 40-hour week position, with overtime for top performers. You will oversee nightly shutdown, uphold high standards, and drive guest satisfaction while coaching a team.

Responsibilities

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm. Fri, Sat, and Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday–Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. This role is 40 hours per week or slightly above.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation up to $20 per hour.
