Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a store leader for closing shifts, with 2–5pm start times and Friday–Sunday weekend coverage. This role is about 40 hours weekly, with full-time potential and emphasis on guest satisfaction, quality service, and high standards of operation.

The position requires hands-on leadership, an upbeat demeanor, and the ability to maintain professional appearance while ensuring all menu items are prepared and served to standard.

Responsibilities

• Close shifts five days per week, start between 2-5pm.
• Fri–Sun shifts required.
• Store closes by 10pm Sun-Thu; 11pm Fri-Sat.
• Total roughly 40 hours per week.
• Lead nightly shutdown and ensure guest satisfaction.

Job description

Responsibilities

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm. Fri, Sat, and Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday–Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. This role is 40 hours per week or slightly above.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation up to $20 per hour.
