Job summary

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a restaurant leader to oversee the closing shift, five days a week, with shifts starting between 2–5pm and Fridays through Sundays required.

The role involves closing nightly operations, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is up to $20/hour with benefits after six months, paid vacation, and overtime opportunities for top performers.

Responsibilities

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm. Fri, Sat, and Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday–Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. This role is 40 hours per week or slightly above.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation up to $20 per hour.
