Overview

VTG is seeking a Close Support Technician who is responsible for providing in-depth support and problem resolution for Information Technology products, access administration, and/or applications.

What will you do?

• Interacts with users to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and performance problems for customers using LANs, PCs, and printers.
• Analyzes and assesses customer requirements to the appropriate technical business unit, and may serve on teams installing software upgrades.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (equivalent military training may be considered)
• 6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, network exploitation, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve technical problems, and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Thorough knowledge of standard desktop hardware and software.
