Job summary

VTG Defense seeks a Systems Administrator to manage and secure enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance of servers, networks, and applications. You will install, configure, and maintain systems, monitor performance, and support incident response, backups, and DR planning.

The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, a relevant Bachelor's, and 5+ years of hands-on experience with Windows/Linux, AD/DNS/DHCP, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or IT operations.
• Strong experience with Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs)
• Experience with system monitoring tools and log management
• Proficiency in scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python)

Responsibilities
