U.S. Bank is seeking a CLO Client Management Team Lead to oversee one or more CLO units, driving profitability, service levels, and client satisfaction. You will manage operations, processes, and compliance while leading a team with sales accountabilities and external focus.

The role requires extensive CLO experience, management skills, and strong knowledge of trust administration and structured finance, with a focus on operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of CLO experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in trust administration, fixed income investments, or broadly syndicated loans.

Responsibilities

• Lead CLO Client Management teams to drive profitability and growth.
• Serve as expert resource for CLO administration and client escalation.
• Provide strategic direction to pursue unit objectives including process standardization and efficiencies.
• Manage portfolio pipeline via Salesforce and assign resources accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with ethics and AML/BSA requirements.
