Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a senior CLO specialist to deliver high-level client service for the bank's largest clients with complex needs. The role focuses on managing day-to-day operations, billing, cash and investment transactions, and ensuring internal controls within the CLO product team.

The candidate will work with senior management and legal/compliance teams to implement improvements, lead trainings, and support cross-functional initiatives in CLO services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 7+ years relevant CLO industry experience.
• Master’s degree or professional certification preferred (CCTS/CTMC).
• Strong understanding of CLO structures and corporate trust processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly complex support to the largest clients with the most complex needs.
• Manage day-to-day operational/client service activities within the CLO space.
• Assist with billing, fees, and cash/investment transactions; ensure compliance.
• Lead trainings and contribute to process improvements and system testing.
