Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of CLO industry experience
• Master's Degree preferred
• CCTS or CTMC certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide highly complex support to the largest clients with CLO needs.
• Manage day-to-day operational/client service activities while monitoring internal controls.
• Assist in identifying business process improvements and system enhancements.
• Process billing for administrative fees, fees adjustments, and cash transactions.
• Lead training on CLO products and collaborate with legal/compliance teams.
• Support cross-functional projects and contribute to pricing discussions.
