Job summary

UMB is seeking a highly experienced CLO operations professional to support the largest clients with complex needs. You will manage day-to-day operational/client service activities while monitoring controls within the CLO corporate trust team.

You will collaborate with senior management and compliance teams, assist with closings, billing, cash/investment processing, and drive efficiency improvements across CLO products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years relevant CLO industry experience.
• Preferred: CCTS or CTMC certification.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support largest clients with complex CLO needs.
• Manage day-to-day operational/client service activities within the trust team.
• Oversee billing, settlements, cash/investment transactions and compliance items.
• Lead process improvements and cross-functional collaboration across CLO products.
