Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a CLO Client Management Team Lead to oversee a Trust unit, drive profitability, and manage client relationships. You will lead operations, process improvements, and ensure compliance while guiding a team with sales accountabilities.

The role requires deep CLO knowledge, strategic leadership, and the ability to balance staffing, pipeline management in Salesforce, and customer activity oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of CLO experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in trust administration, fixed income investments, or broadly syndicated loans

Responsibilities

• Lead CLO client management teams to drive profitability and growth.
• Serve as expert resource for CLO administration and client escalation issues.
• Manage a Client Management team by driving increased business and revenue, controlling costs, and reducing expenses.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to pursue objectives of unit(s) including process standardization and efficiencies.
• Manage direct and indirect reports by portfolio/deal load balancing, staffing, hiring, training; pipeline via Salesforce.
• Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics and AML/Bank Secrecy Act requirements and related policies.
• Work with customers to understand each customer's normal account activity.
