Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking an experienced CLO operations expert to support the largest clients with complex needs. The role focuses on day-to-day client service, cash processing, and compliance, while collaborating with senior staff to improve processes and systems.

Responsibilities include solving complex issues, ensuring accurate setup on systems, and assisting with fee structures, transactional closings, and debt service calculations. Strong leadership and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years relevant CLO industry experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; professional certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly complex support to largest clients with CLO products.
• Manage day-to-day operations, monitoring internal controls within corporate trust.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with legal/compliance for documents.
• Assist with pricing, fee adjustments, and cash/spreadsheet accounting tasks.
• Lead trainings and act as SME on CLO products and services.
