Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the CLO-focused client service and operations remotely for its top clients. You will oversee day-to-day activities, ensure controls and compliance, and collaborate with senior staff to drive improvements in processes and systems.

The role demands deep CLO knowledge, strong client relationships, and leadership to guide junior staff and cross-train on related corporate trust duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of CLO industry experience is expected.
• Preferred CCTS or CTMC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational and client service activities for flagship CLO team.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and senior management to optimize processes.
• Review documents, ensure accurate cash processing and compliance.
• Lead trainings and act as SME on CLO products and services.
• Support business development by pricing new CLO opportunities.
