Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a senior professional to support its CLO products for the bank's largest clients. You will manage day-to-day operations, supervise complex settlements, billing, and debt service calculations while ensuring robust controls and compliance.

The role partners with senior management and legal/compliance teams to improve processes, price new business, and explore new CLO services. Extensive client exposure and collaboration across teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years relevant CLO industry experience.
• Master's Degree or professional certifications (CCTS/CTMC) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly complex support to the largest clients with CLO needs.
• Manage day-to-day operations and monitor internal controls within the specialty corporate trust team.
• Identify process improvements and participate in system testing and training.
• Assist with cash processing, fees, settlements, and debt service calculations.
• Review documents and coordinate with legal/compliance teams.
