Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of CLO experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in trust administration, fixed income investments, or broadly syndicated loans.

Responsibilities

• Lead CLO Client Management teams to meet unit objectives and drive revenue.
• Maintain service levels for current clientele using CORE principles.
• Provide strategic direction for standardization and efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, AML, BSA, and security policies.
• Oversee pipeline management via Salesforce and staff allocation.
• Balance portfolio load, staffing, and training for direct/indirect reports.
• Collaborate with senior management on risk and performance metrics.
• Monitor and improve profitability and cost control within unit.
