Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Concentration in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor US Middle Market CLOs and Rated Note Fund Structure Compliance tests.
• Review quarterly investor reports and waterfalls.
• Hypothetical Testing.
• Review and interpret indentures.
• Daily interaction with Portfolio Management, Trading, and Structuring teams.
• Oversight of vendor relationships, including fund administration and trustees.
• Ad-hoc reporting.
