Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Program Manager for the Clinical Trial Support team. You will manage client contracts, budgets and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of medications to patients.

In this role you will lead kick-off calls, document business requirements, monitor program KPIs, and navigate third-party service vendors while aligning with internal stakeholders. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• 3-4 years of project/program management experience
• Budget management or financial accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced budgeting skills
• Experience with clinical trials preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Familiarity with Valeris systems and services preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage client contracts and statements of work
• Host and facilitate client and internal kickoff calls
• Document business requirements and communicate changes to stakeholders
• Oversee program budget using advanced Excel formulas and track prefund accounts
• Notify stakeholders of price changes and process change orders
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and pharmacies
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide solutions and support
• Monitor program KPIs and ensure adherence to business rules
• Navigate client-internal processes and third-party vendor landscape
• Lead internal and external stakeholders to successful program execution
