Valeris seeks a Program Manager for the Clinical Trial Support team who will act as the primary liaison between sponsors/clients and external vendors. You will manage budgets, drive program performance, and conduct regular status calls with clients and vendors to ensure smooth contract changes and clear communications.

The role requires minimal travel, strong organizational skills, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to meet project milestones and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry; grad degree or PMP preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced budgeting analysis.
• Some experience with legal contracting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Liaise between sponsors/clients and external vendors on CTS team.
• Oversee budget management and program performance to ensure outcomes.
• Lead regular calls with clients and vendors; manage contract and SOW changes.
• Gather and document business requirements; communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Monitor program KPIs and ensure adherence to business rules.
• Coordinate client/vendor relationships and manage internal stakeholders.
• Oversee program implementation following a detailed checklist.
