Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager for the Clinical Trial Support (CTS) team in North Carolina. You will act as the primary liaison between sponsors, clients, and external vendors, overseeing budgets, contracts, and program performance to deliver optimal outcomes.

You will conduct regular calls with clients and vendors, document requirements, manage SOWs, and ensure accurate financial tracking using advanced Excel. Travel up to 10% is expected as you coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or pharmaceutical field; PMP preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with budgeting analysis.
• Experience in the clinical trials industry preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget management and program performance.
• Lead client/vendor calls and manage contracts/SOWs.
• Gather and document business requirements and communicate changes.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and pharmacies to manage relationships.
• Monitor program KPIs and ensure adherence to business rules.
• Lead internal stakeholders and coordinate program implementation.
