Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, overseeing program execution, financial oversight, and cross-functional coordination. You will guide solutions to meet timelines, scope, and budget while delivering exceptional client service.

The role requires managing weekly client touchpoints, budgeting, reporting, and collaboration across internal teams to optimize program performance and patient-focused outcomes. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare or pharma.
• 3–4 years of project/program management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 10%.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client relationship manager for programs.
• Ensure program execution on time, within scope and budget; provide strategic guidance.
• Lead weekly client touchpoints and document decisions and actions.
• Monitor budgets, invoicing, and KPI reporting; drive continuous improvement.
