Job summary

Valeris is a fully integrated life sciences commercialization partner that supports sponsors and external vendors to deliver medications to patients efficiently. As a Program Manager on the Clinical Trial Support (CTS) team, you will be the primary liaison between clients and vendors, overseeing budgets and performance to ensure timely delivery of medications.

You will lead regular calls, manage changes and requirements, and coordinate across internal functions while maintaining meticulous

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of project or program management experience
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills
• Experience in the clinical trials industry preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and budgeting analysis
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Manage client contracts and statements of work
• Host and facilitate client and internal kickoff calls
• Gather and document business requirements and communicate changes to stakeholders
• Oversee program budget using advanced Excel
• Notify stakeholders of price changes and manage change orders
• Interface with clients, vendors and pharmacies to sustain relationships
• Conduct regular meetings to update clients and troubleshoot issues
• Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to business rules
• Assist clients with internal requirements and processes
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams
• Lead internal stakeholders and ensure program setup and execution
