Zusammenfassung

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager for the Clinical Trial Support (CTS) team in the United States. You will serve as the primary liaison between sponsors/clients and external vendors, overseeing budget management and program performance to ensure timely delivery of medications to patients.

You will conduct regular client/vendor calls, manage contracts and business rule changes, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in a collaborative CTS environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business, Accounting, Marketing, healthcare, or the pharmaceutical industry; graduate degree and/or certifications, including PMP, preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Experience in the clinical trials industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas, functions, and budgeting analysis.
• Highly proficient in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote.
• Some experience with legal contracting preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Aufgaben

• Manage client contracts/statements of work and execute accordingly.
• Host and facilitate internal and client kick-off calls.
• Gather and document business requirements and communicate changes to clients, internal areas, sponsors and stakeholders.
• Oversee and maintain the client's program budget using advanced Excel skills.
• Notify stakeholders of price changes and manage change orders.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and pharmacies to maintain business relationships.
• Conduct regular meetings to update the client on program status and troubleshoot issues.
• Measure and monitor program KPIs to ensure adherence to business rules.
• Lead internal stakeholders and navigate client internal requirements.
• Oversee program implementation following a detailed checklist.
