Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager for the Clinical Trial Support (CTS) team to be the primary liaison between sponsors/clients and external vendors. You will oversee budgets, drive program performance, and lead regular calls to ensure timely delivery of medications to patients.

You will manage contracts, gather requirements, and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, while ensuring adherence to SOPs and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industry; graduate degree or PMP preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills for budgeting and financial analysis.
• Experience in the clinical trials industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client contracts and statements of work and execute accordingly.
• Host and facilitate internal and client kick-off calls.
• Gather and document business requirements and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Oversee and maintain the client’s program budget using advanced Excel skills.
• Coordinate client, vendor, and pharmacy relationships as the primary business liaison.
• Conduct regular meetings to update the client on program status and issues.
• Measure program KPIs and ensure compliance with business rules.
