Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager. You will drive program execution across cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver solutions on time and within scope.

You will develop expertise in therapeutic areas, leverage data for actionable insights, and coordinate vendor relationships, ensuring operational excellence and strong client outcomes across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent experience.
• Three to Four (3-4) years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written, ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while functioning as a member of a highly collaborative team.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client relationship manager and lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Monitor program funding, budgets, and invoices; ensure audit-ready trackers and SNOW ticketing.
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly/monthly governance meetings and produce minutes and action items.
• Develop deep domain expertise in assigned therapeutic areas and client objectives to provide strategic guidance.
