Valeris, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for the Clinical Trial Support (CTS) team in Morrisville, NC. You will liaison between sponsors and vendors, manage budgets, and drive timely delivery of medications.

You’ll run kickoff calls, gather requirements, and maintain strong client relationships to support successful trial operations. The role requires 3–4 years in project management, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with contract processes. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or pharmaceutical fields is required.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills for budgeting and tracking.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.
• Experience in clinical trials is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client contracts/SOWs and execute accordingly.
• Host and lead internal and client kickoff calls.
• Document business requirements and communicate changes clearly.
• Oversee program budget using advanced Excel, monitor prefunds and invoices.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and pharmacies to sustain key relationships.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide issue resolution and support.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure program rules are followed and adjusted as needed.
• Lead internal stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional project efforts.
