Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Medical Assistant Diploma or Certificate.
• BLS Certification, or must complete within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Report to Clinical Training Supervisor and lead onboarding for Administrative/Medical Assistants.
• Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide initial onboarding and ongoing training for new staff.
• Audit workflows and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Travel to all locations to interview providers about performance issues.
• Present large-scale training sessions when required.
• Support Clinic Leads and handle crisis situations with prompt action plans.
• Submit preceptor forms and assist with program updates as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
