Qualifications

• BLS Certification must be current or completed within 30 days of employment.
• Preferably three years in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site clinic operations and daily flow of zones.
• Provide leadership to Medical Assistants and ensure team accessibility.
• Create a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
• Monitor clinics to meet FOI customer service standards.
• Ensure medical supplies are ordered, received, stocked, and rotated.
• Maintain adequate stocking of clinics including injectables.
• Verify handling of open vials and expiration dating weekly.
• Ensure proper disposal of opened vials within 30 days.
• Oversee sharps boxes and red bags per OSHA guidelines.
• Regularly replace clinic checklists and ensure PPE is available.
• Keep Spill Kit available and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Report weekly on clinic tasks and operations to leadership.
• Lead annual MA meetings and support with staff training.
