Job summary

Texas Orthopedics, a Division of OrthoLonestar, is seeking a Clinic Coordinator training specialist to onboard new staff and support ongoing training across multiple Austin-area locations.

You will travel to clinics, conduct classroom and virtual trainings, and assist in establishing consistent QA checks and written protocols for the staff. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced orthopedic environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a medical office environment preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook and MS Office; ability to move between applications.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and provide onboarding training for Clinic Coordinators.
• Travel to various locations to train new hires in clinic settings.
• Deliver virtual training and support workflow changes.
• Assist QA checks and document policies and procedures.
• Maintain standard procedures across locations and report non-compliance.
