Job summary

Florida Orthopaedic Institute is seeking a Clinical Trainer to collaborate with the Clinical Training Supervisor to develop and maintain training materials for Administrative and Medical Assistant roles and to onboard new staff. The position requires traveling to multiple locations to interview providers about staff performance and to present large-scale training sessions.

Responsibilities include providing guidance, maintaining up-to-date training content, and conducting follow-up trainings,

Qualifications

3 years in related field or equivalent experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Medical Assistant Diploma or Certificate and BLS Certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Report to Clinical Training Supervisor.
Provide onboarding and training for Administrative and Medical Assistants.
Develop and maintain training materials and ensure compliance with best practice.
Audit new Administrative/Medical Assistants and chart prep for workflows and productivity.
Travel to all locations to interview providers regarding performance issues and provide actionable feedback.
Present large-scale training to groups when needed.
Back up Clinic Leads as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
