Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk training, onboarding, and staff development.
• Manage clinical training for medical assistants and clinical staff.
• Coordinate staffing schedules, coverage, and float pools across locations.
• Develop and maintain standardized training programs and competency measures.
• Lead and evaluate three supervisory teams and drive KPIs.
