Job summary

The role involves collaborating with the Clinical Training Supervisor, providing onboarding and ongoing training, and ensuring staff compliance. Travel to locations to interview providers and lead large-scale trainings is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Medical Assistant Diploma or Certificate is required.
• BLS Certification is required or must be completed within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials for Administrative and Medical Assistant positions.
• Onboard and train all Administrative and Medical Assistants and provide ongoing guidance.
• Meet with providers to ensure training material accuracy and staff compliance.
• Provide onboarding and training to new Administrative and Medical Assistants.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to Clinical Training Supervisor and Clinic Managers.
• Submit preceptor forms to Clinic Managers and Supervisors.
• Conduct 3-month follow-up training for new staff.
• Develop and update training materials based on best practices and compliance issues.
• Travel to locations to interview providers regarding performance issues.
• Present large-scale trainings when needed.
• Back up Clinic Leads as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
