Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Woodbridge, VA is hiring for a clinical role. You’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children in a collaborative team with strong administrative and clinical support.

Active VA licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) and experience in direct clinical care are required. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, engage in ongoing learning, and contribute to a caring, growing practice.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in VA (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

• $70,000 - $90,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring
