The role requires an active DC license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) and experience in direct clinical care, backed by strong clinical judgment and communication skills for a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in DC (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

• $70,000 - $90,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring
