Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Rockville, MD is seeking a licensed clinician to join a collaborative, clinician-centered team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, with integrated support and timely documentation. The anticipated start date is 2027.

The role offers a guaranteed base of $70,000 to $90,000+ plus clinical hour-based incentives, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities at our Rockville location.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

What You Bring
