Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Columbia, MD is seeking a licensed clinician to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to diverse patients in a collaborative setting. This role includes strong clinical support, a structured team with referrals, and incentives tied to clinical hours.

You will bring an active MD license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) and direct clinical care experience to a team that values communication, professional growth, and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active MD license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
• Interest in collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care

• $70,000 - $90,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring

• Active, independent license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
