Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Ashburn, VA is seeking a licensed VA clinician to join our collaborative, clinician-centered team. You’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and possibly children, with strong support and incentives.

Anticipated start date is 2027. The role includes a guaranteed $70,000–$90,000 base with hour-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, a CEU budget, and full admin support to help you focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Active VA professional license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW or LMHC) required.
• Experience providing direct clinical care to clients.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to clients.
• Work with adults and/or children in a collaborative team.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions and timely documentation.

What You Bring

• Active, independent license in VA (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
