Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking licensed clinicians to provide evidence-based care in our Annapolis office. You will collaborate with a clinician-centered team and have access to structured support, tools, and a dynamic referral network to help patients across age groups.

The anticipated start date is 2027. The role offers a competitive salary in the $70k–$90k+ range, with a guaranteed base plus clinical hour-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment in Annapolis,

Qualifications

• Direct clinical care experience in mental health care.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a clinician-centered team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children as applicable.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

What You Bring

• Active, independent license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
