Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a licensed VA clinician to join our Alexandria team. You’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, guided by collaboration and strong clinical supervision.

Anticipated Start Date: 2027. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000+ with a guaranteed base plus incentives; a comprehensive benefits package includes medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, CEU funds, PTO and holidays, and liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Active, independent VA license (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in collaborative team work.

What You Bring
