Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Maryland invites you to join a collaborative, clinician-centered team with structure, support, and tools to do your best work as a licensed mental health professional. Anticipated Start Date 2027; compensation $70,000-$90,000+ with guaranteed base and hour-based incentives; comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, CEU budget, and PTO.

What You Bring

• Active, independent license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
